RAFAEL LÓPEZ-DIÉGUEZ PIÑAR

Rafael is specialised in commercial and corporate law, contracting, M&A and due diligence.

He counts with wide experience in national and international transactions, M&A, commercial contracting, corporate law and in general commercial legal aspects.

Rafael is the head of strategy of the international expansion of the firm, being the link between the Madrid headquarters and the United Arab Emirates offices.

Additionally, he's Secretary and Member of the Board of several companies.

Rafael has a law degree from the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid, a master's degree in International Management from the Instituto de Empresa of Madrid and is member of the Bar Association of Madrid.

Rafael speaks Spanish and English.
