Álvaro is specialized in Commercial, Corporate, Banking, Contractual Law, Mergers and Acquisitions of companies and Legal Due Diligence.
He has extensive experience in national transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate law and banking law.
Álvaro has a degree in Law and a diploma in economic law from the University of Navarra. He has also attended various specialized studies in business law and commercial law throughout his professional life.
Álvaro speaks Spanish and English.
