Due to the high volume of business and the high interest of our clients to develop their activity in the United Arab Emirates, RLD decided in 2012 to open its own offices with Spanish local permanent team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
As to the date hereof, RLD keeps being the only Spanish firm with permanent presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, being the leading Spanish firm with over 200 successfully closed transactions for Spanish companies carried out by our permanent Spanish staff. This presence allows us to provide services* in all of the countries of the region, especially those members of The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (originally known as GCC states).

We have been developing our services throughout the years which has helped many of our clients to succeed in their business transactions.
Over the last few years, RLD has helped over 100 companies to set up in the UAE. Additionally, we have also developed corporate secretary functions as well as providing ongoing consultancy services to more than 20 international companies of different sectors.
During these years, we have participated and/or provided consultancy services for operations in the UAE worth €280 millions.
