Madrid, March 31st, 2023.- RLD has advised Viamed Salud, one of the leading hospital groups in the national market, on the purchase of the Fátima Hospital in Seville, after reaching an agreement with the Menéndez Ferrer family. The operation is pending the corresponding administrative authorizations.
The Fátima Hospital, located in Avenida de la Palmera of Seville, has a hospital area of almost 10,000 square meters with 62 beds and a wide range of services with all medical specialties, as well as a surgical block made up of ten operating rooms for greater as well as outpatient surgery, ICU, and the diagnostic means to respond to any type of pathology.
This purchase operation has had the advice of RLD, a reference firm in the purchase and sale of hospitals, and adviser in charge of the execution of the vast majority of the M&A operations of Viamed Salud in Spain since its creation in 2001.
