LETICIA TORRES GARCÍA
Leticia is specialized in commercial law and internationalization of companies.
She counts with wide experience in internationalization and corporate advice as well as international professional background in America, Asia and Middle East. Leticia joined RLD's UAE office in 2015 and since then she has worked helping many companies to establish in the country.
Leticia runs the daily opperative of RLD's office in the UAE and provides advice for the incorporation of companies, M&A transactions and business secretary services, among other activities.
Leticia has a law and business administration degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) of Madrid as well as a master's degree in International Business Management from the ICEX-CECO.
In addition, Leticia is member of the Bar Association of Madrid.
Leticia speaks Spanish, English and French.
