She has advised several national companies and subsidiaries companies of multinational corporations about corporate and commercial aspects. She also has wide experience in high complex national and international transactions.
Additionally, she has extensive experience in all kinds of real estate contracts, participating in important real estate acquisition deals, its lease and its use for commercial business offices purpose.
Coloma has deep legal knowledge of many different sectors such as hotels, private healthcare, agroquimics or transport.
Additionally, she's Secretary and Member of the Board of several companies.
Coloma has a law degree from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, a master's degree in European Law from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain and is member of the Bar Association of Madrid.
